The Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO), Institute for Scientific-Research on Economic Reforms and the ECOMOD Network announces call for papers for the 2nd International Conference Regional Integration and Socio-Economic Development, to be held in Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan, on October 1-3, 2014.

We encourage submissions from academics, practitioners, central bank and government officials to present and discuss their research. Theoretical, empirical and policy-oriented papers in English and Russian are all welcome.

Goal of the conference

The conference serves as a forum for researchers interested in the issues Energy, Trade, Agriculture, Infrastructure, Regional Integration and Socio-economic Development, especially in the ECO countries (Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Republic of Azerbaijan, Islamic Republic of Iran, Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Republic of Tajikistan, Republic of Turkey, Turkmenistan, and Republic of Uzbekistan).
